Pls check cancelled contract


I need urgent help please to check you cancelled my contract 

 

The number is REMOVED

 

I cancelled in September as I was out of plan but Lucas say there is no record of it! 

 

I am very concerned and upset about this because I cancelled with an agreement on chat. 

 

You can send me one final bill by post and that is it. 

 

Re. my other phone - REMOVED

I need to set up a direct debit until I cancel next year 4 wks before plan ends.

I realise my next payment is due and I can pay it by direct debit if you can arrange a date with me.

Hello @maria heath,

We can’t re-set up the Direct Debit if the payment is overdue as you’ll need to make this payment manually.

You can do this by calling 0333 003 7777 and wait for the auto message to end, then enter the iD Mobile number, followed by Option 2 and Option 2 again.

We can set this up for future payments though for the other number.

 

As for the disconnection of your first number, we’ll need to look into this further.

We’ll send you a PM for both accounts so we can pick this up.

Trust Pilot

I was so disappointed with ID when I tried every way to contact them after I got out of stock message and tried to cancel. I gave them a minus if possible rating on Trust Pilot. I then got a message From Ryan I replied informing him of the bad customer service. I have had no reply and not received my £19.99 up front payment .Managed to get a phone no problem next day from   3  after speaking to a human and not a machine.
