Hiya I am still currently paying for my old phone plan for the next month however due to the fact I dropped my phone and there's a slight crack in the screen I decides to pick up a new plan. I only have one month of paying for previous plan left so I don't see that much of a deal. My question is ...is it possible to keep my previous phone number while using the new deal? I had this phone number for years so I would rather keep it as it is. Thank you.

Is the old number with iD Mobile also or a different network?
If it’s with a different network you can start the port process HERE but please check with your old provider to see how much it will cost to leave early.
However if the number is with iD Mobile we can’t move the number from one account to another, you would need to upgrade instead.
The other way would be to process a triangle port which means moving the old number to a different network (pay as you go) then once the number has ported to them, you can obtain a PAC code from them to move the number to the new account.
