poor coverage in home.

I’m getting one bar and 4g really struggling to send texts and make and receive calls without the calls dropping.

Are the coverage issues a recent issue that you have experienced? Were services working fine before?

If the coverage is fine and there are no issues in the area I would advise trying the SIM in a different handset.

If that doesn’t make a difference we can send out a replacement SIM or you can collect one from your local Curry’s store.
