Poor network coverage


My network coverage suddenly went down a couple of weeks ago. I'd hoped it would improve by itself but it's not. All my devices are showing - 110dB. My eV charger can no longer find a signal. Help! I'm at OL16.

Perhaps there’s a network fault in your area @John Caldecott

I’m sorry to hear this, please could you provide the full postcode for the area you’ve had issues in?

 

Where are your devices showing -110dB?

 

Do you hotspot your EV charger to your iD Mobile device?
