Porting error


I requested to port my old Vodafone number on Thursday afternoon 16/11 and for the port to happen on Friday 17/11. My Vodafone sim stopped working around 11am on Friday and we are now on to Saturday 18/11 and my new ID Mobile sim is still not working.

Whenever i have done this before the switch has been instant but I'm now on my second day with no working sim

Has your new iD SIM card ever worked @Garry123
If it doesn’t work in another unlocked phone, perhaps the SIM card is faulty.

Unfortunately, I think the number porting team only work on weekdays.

Did you try your iD Mobile SIM card prior to the port? How was it then?

 

What device are you trying to use the SIM card in?

Hi, I had to go into a Curry's shops and replace the SIM as it was faulty. It's all working now.
