Problem moving to 12-month sim only contract

Phone contract ended 13 March 2024, I moved to 12 month (£8 pm) sim only contract via ‘change my plan’ in app. Received text to confirm my plan change is complete. But details have not been updated in app. - still showing as £38.54 pm and ‘contract ends 13 March 2024’ So I don’t know if I’ve been moved to new plan or not. Help please!
