Problem using answerphone
Why does my Nokia 6.1 go blank when I try to use the answer phone. Until the call cuts of my phone is unusable. I can hear the message and what to press but I can't do anything. It take about 1 min to come back after the call has cut itself off.

That does seem like a strange issue, possibly software related. Have you tried to update the phones software?
Also, the proximity sensor which closes the screen during a call might be faulty or covered; have you tried to make a call without the case and/or screen protector to see if this helps?

I have tried all those things. It has now started doing it for all calls.

There could be a potential hardware failure in that case. I'd advise first resetting the software to see if this helps and then if that fails, take the phone down to a Carphone Warehouse to see if this can be repaired under the phones warranty.
