problem when calling

calls to this number prohibited when calling numbers even from my contacts that I have called many times before. This has only happened today following an update

Hi @Andy Billington. @andewhite is correct here, the outage from yesterday sounds like the reason why your services were impacted. If this is still an issue, it’s worthwhile trying some troubleshooting steps to see if this helps.

You’d be able try resetting your network settings to reboot the connection. Alternatively, you’ll be able to test the SIM in another phone to see if you’re still experiencing the same issue.
