I have pre ordered a Google Pixel 9 Pro and chose to have an eSIM. I have been sent the eSIM but my current phone is not compatible and I've not had, and don't know when I'll be getting my new phone....

Is your previous physical SIM no longer working?
It may be best to grab a replacement SIM card from Currys and activate it here.
