problem with transfering my old number

HI. Can you help with switching number problem?
I set up a date for switching on 05.01.24 but still didn't recive any answer, my sim is not working and the old one will be off in next few days also i cant register my account on id app

Wish you luck.  Mine hasn't work for nearly a month since I ported the old number over to ID.

I switched to ID last week

Three disconnected my number today

ID didn't transferred my number to ID yet

I need my number to be activated with OD ASAP

HI. Can you help with switching number problem?
I set up a date for switching on 9th July 2024 but my new sim still hasn’t switched to my old number. I need this fixed ASAP as no one can get in contact with me.

Hi there @GregBB, ports complete on the day you’re disconnected from your previous network between 8am-10pm, so that’s why it may not have happened at the time you wrote this. We hope all is sorted now.

So about a month ago I got an id sim card with new number which is working as it should. Meantime I have applied for a pac code from my old network and after installing the id sim I wanted to swap numbers. Unfortunately id website after putting all the inf (correct) keeps telling me there is a problem and I have to adjust is but at the same time sending me a message that the swap of the number will happen on a chosen day. It's not happening and I still have 2 numbers old and new I cant swap them. Can anyone help. Please

It sounds like the form had a bug that didn’t look like it went through but given you got a text, it did indeed go through.​

Please let us know if after 10pm on the date chosen your number hasn’t switched.​

Morning, so I tranaferred my

old number and had text from ID it was complete.

i tried the iOS reset and iMessage/ FaceTime restart and I still have primary and personal number. If I turn off the personal which was the Id mobile number I don’t receive calls or messages. If I leave on and call my old number it rings. Can you help ?

I transferred 3 numbers from O2 about a month ago under a single PAC code and only one has transferred across - I followed the same procedure on the website each time but on the other two got an error message, followed up by something along the lines of ‘Hi, we’ve got your request to transfer and will be working on it’ Nothing has happened since.

I’d recommend contacting Apple directly on support with how to use their primary/secondary/travel etc features.

Sorry to hear this, each number you’re transferring would require a unique PAC code from the network you’re moving from.
