I recently had to block my SIM card due to having lost my phone. I am all set up with my new SIM card however my insurance company are asking for proof that my IMEI number was blocked. Please could you advise how I go about getting this proof.

If the IMEI has been blocked, we can get a document sent out verifying that the IMEI has been blocked and what date/time it was done.
