Hi,

my sim stopped working so I downloaded the eSIM onto my old phone as new phone wasn’t here - now I have my new phone but it has no sim and can’t transfer eSIM please help

    Hi @Max Wilson 

     

    Unfortunately it isn’t possible to transfer an iD Mobile SIM from one device to another, it may be worth looking into a replacement eSIM.
