Sim not working in new phone. Have just started new contract. Says NO SIM

We are sorry to hear that the SIM isn’t working.
Are you able to test the SIM in a different handset to see if it works?
If the SIM doesn’t work you can collect a replacement for free from your local Curry’s store.
If you prefer for one to be sent in the post, please let us know here and we can PM you.
