Hi - currently overseas vin Turkey for a few weeks. I've tried to set up a new payment with my bank and should get an automated SMS - but I'm not receiving it.
I am in a monthly contract.
I have data roaming turned off - is there a simple fix?

Turning off the SIM results in the same experience as turning off your phone.
+24Is it only OTP codes that you're not receiving? Can you receive normal SMS messages?
Thank you - it was all SMS messages but I had chosen to turn off my SIM in my paranoia over charges in Turkey as well as turning off roaming!!!!
Left roaming off - but switched on SIM and it is receiving SMS messages fine now. Thank you 👍

You should be able to receive OTP as normal as you would in the UK.
Unfortunately they may be a delay between receiving the message to your SIM on the Turkish network.
