I recently upgraded my plan and my handset, the offers were ear buds and £75 Currys voucher, yet I received neither how do I get my incentives?

What date was your purchase made?

The Pixel Buds would be dispatched with the device if a valid tariff was purchased, how much is your plan per month and how much data do you have?
The email for the £75 voucher would be sent between 2/11/23 – 2/12/23, however only 1 offer would be valid at one time, you would not get both the Pixel Buds and voucher.
