REGISTER AND LOG IN PROBLEMS ON WEB SITE AND APP

My wife has recently joined iD Mobile. We are sure that when my wife joined iD Mobile we registered her, but we could be wrong.

When we tried to Register/Log In/Password Change today iD Mobile refuses to recognize her details. iD Mobile send her texts/messages her ‘phone works, but to register or log in is a no go area. Interestingly we are not the only ones. How do we open the iD Mobile website and App? Can human being help?

Hi @CIR 

 

We wouldn’t register an iD Mobile account for them ourselves, the app/website would need to be registered to by the user themselves.

 

If the user is having issues with the website/app I’d recommend a different browser/device.
