Every morn go through the same bill due 21 st I get paid the 28 th every time I pay the bill I ask to move bill date then we get to the 21 of mth and on the 22 im restricted!!!
No one answers the app won't allow me to change bill date no one picks up the phone when try the number so I'm now with no phone yet again til the end of the week I did I did start to pay double but last mth I could not afford too this is getting ridiculous if check system you can see the bill is always paid!
Please note, the phone number for payments is an automated payment-line, not run by agents, so no one would answer at any point, you just need to follow instructions given on the phone.
