I do not require this chip as a pay as you go 

It's been a night mare to log on line 

How do I return this back 

I have two contract SIM only deals these are fine

    If it’s a pay-as-you-go iD SIM card, and assuming you don’t care about keeping the mobile phone number, just forget about it @Hms. 

    It will be cancelled and disconnected after 6-months of inactivity.
