Hi, I am just wondering what the process is for returning a phone. I purchased my wife one on the 28th November but have received signal issues ever since. We were quite reluctant to return and cancel the plan because we've moved her phone number across so we gave it a few weeks to see if it would improve but it's becoming a real pain as we can't get signal in most rooms in the house and my wife struggles to get signal at work.

Before we purchased the phone, the signal checker was showing 4g indoor and outdoor for both locations. I have checked the network status a few times and that shows no issues.

I wasnt sure whether we could return it or not due to us having used the phone but reading online suggests that we can.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Does the handset in question have WiFi calling? If it does that means that you can use your WiFi to receive and make calls as well as sending and receiving texts.

This might mean that you don’t have to return the handset after all. I don’t have great signal where I live, but WiFi calling makes everything possible when I’m at home!

Hi @Dgowl,

Just checking if you require any further help with this? For purchases directly made with iD Mobile, we offer a 30-day return period for network coverage issues.
