I changed my ringtone via Zedge and it worked fine but today when I got phone calls it wouldn't work it's making a tone I didn't set anyone have problems like that?

I’d recommend speaking directly to Zedge or resetting your phone’s ringtone to one that has come with the device.

I tried setting my ringtone to one that was already installed in the phone and that will not work either I don't know what is wrong with it.
+24Then you will have to ask Zedge or factory reset the device.

Unfortunately it may be worth resetting the device to factory settings or speaking directly to the device manufacturer for support should switching the ringtone to a default one not work.
