Roam beyond add on not working USA

Roam beyond not working in USA, how do I get a refund from ID mobile, after reading previous threads its obvious ID mobile are having problems. 

I do not have time to contact them and then spend a day messing about.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Psmyth69.  

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Hi,

 

I am working and do not have time, as before it appears that ID mobile are having issues, I have a work around so would just like ID to refund me they can see I'm not using it.

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the roaming data add on. 

Just to confirm, have you tried searching for and manually selecting alternative networks?

Yes, I have tried everything from removing sim and rebooting phone, I can see I have 4g but cannot get online.

My time in USA is almost finished so will not need it now.

My wife and I purchased 5 day Roam Beyond add-ons for the USA on 3rd February, neither of which have worked.  Like some others reporting similar issues we were staying in Florida.  After landing in Miami and switching out of airplane mode we both instantly connected to AT&T, apparently with good signal strength, but from that point nothing has worked.  We have checked that roaming is switched on both in the iD Mobile app and in the phone settings.  We have also tried manually selecting a network - AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon all without success.  Restarting the phones has had no effect either.  We have been unable to use the add-ons at any time and have now boarded a ship which is providing us with wi-fi coverage, therefore presumably we will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the add-on?  We are due to dock in  Los Angeles on 21st February - if we purchase add-ons there are we likely to experience similar problems there too?
