Roaming been working in Europe, driven in to Italy and it stopped.

Hi.. first post 😊

 

been travelling for a few weeks in Austria and Germany roaming has been fine…

Driven into Italy and it stopped working

I have reset the network settings and looked at everything I can but have got nowhere.

 

i even noticed that I can no longer edit the APN settings myself anymore with ID mobile.

 

im using an iPhone 11 if anyone can help.

Yeah @2wos, if your calls and texts are working in Italy there’s probably an issue with the APN settings.

Unfortunately, the network profile iD provision for iPhone devices does not allow the user to change the APN settings.

The “No data roaming” topic started by @Peroni93 has a post from iD Mobile about a possible workaround. 

It’s also possible that removing the SIM card from your iPhone, for 15-20 minutes, might result in the device getting the correct APN settings when it reconnects to the roaming partner network.

Hello. I’m new in this network and we are travelling next month to Poland for 2 weeks. I wanted to know how will roaming work there. If I will be charged extra??? Please advise me if you can
