I'm in Cromer, Norfolk, and have been charged a roaming fee. How do I dispute this please?

If I was in your position @ClairW, I’d talk privately to iD support about the roaming charges using their online live chat service, Facebook Messenger, or by Twitter DM.

The support teams work until at 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Thanks but I resorted to this as the live chat continuously says all agents are busy...will try other channels.

Yes @ClairW, in my experience it’s more effective talking to iD support using Facebook Messenger, or to DM on Twitter. I’ve found live chat is a bit of a lottery.
