I've just switched over from a giffgaff physical sim to an iD eSim. In the brief period waiting for my number to be ported over, both sims were active. I was able to get a 5G signal on the giffgaff sim but only a slow 4G signal on iD. Currently using a Samsung Galaxy S24+, which is on iD's supported devices list. What is the best way to diagnose / get support with this issue?
