I just contacted idmobile to improve my internet speed
now my whole plan stopped
and there’s no one available to activate my plan back to normal
how come they do that without any notice
that makes me mad 😡

Are your services now working as I can see that it’s been a few days since you posted.
Please can you confirm that your bills are up to date?
Do you get any error messages when trying to call out?
