Several issues to sort out


Hi team,

 

I’ve had a iDMobile account for a while, as I bought my daughter a sim for her phone.  Now I’ve bought myself a sim too, but when I log into the app, it is only showing one sim/phone number and that’s my daughter’s.  How do I go about adding the new iDMobile sim I purchased to my app?

 

Also, I’ve got a PAC code from my previous provider.  How do I go about porting the number ot the sim I just bought (without messing up my daughter’s number)?

Hi @Luben Solev,

You will not be able to add another plan to an existing account I’m afraid; all plans need their own account so you will need to register for a new one.

To submit your PAC code, you can follow the steps here to bring that number over to the new plan.

You can log into the other one by clicking here on a browser, and then saving the log-in details.
