Signal after returning to the UK


Hi, I have just returned to the UK from Asia and my iD mobile Sim is no longer getting 4G or phone signal. Please let me know how to fix this.

Have you tried a network reset on your device @katiemizuro
The device user guide will explain how to do this.

Hi, I've just tried this and it doesn't seem to have made any difference :(

Okay @katiemizuro, the quickest way to get help with this would be to contact iD customer service using the iD live chat, or Facebook Messenger, or send them a Twitter DM.

The teams work until 8pm on weekdays.

Hey @katiemizuro,

Are you showing as connected to a network currently? Try turning OFF Automatic network selection, then run a manual search and select iD from the results.
