Hi, just got a new phone deal with an ID sim but I already have a monthly pay only SIM. I would like to keep my number but cancel the SIM only monthly payment please. How can I do this? Thanks

+26If you cancel the iD SIM only contract you’ll lose the number linked to the SIM,
You have to port the number to keep to another service provider, then port it back to the new iD contract you got for your new phone.
How do I port the number to another service provider?
