I have ordered a SIM only deal, it looks all set up I including billing however it has not arrived. When will it arrive please?

+26iD say it takes 3-5 working days for a SIM card to be delivered, from the date of dispatch
The date of dispatch is usually the same date as your order COMPLETE email from iD.
If more than 5 working days since dispatch, your SIM may have been lost in-transit
