when should I receive SIM card?

Usually 3-5 working days after the SIM card order is dispatched @Derek Dornan?

iD SIM card orders are sent by Royal Mail, without tracking.

    Hi @Derek Dornan 

     

    If you’ve ordered a SIM only plan, it’ll be delivered via Royal Mail within 3-5 working days.
