Hi ordered SIM card last Friday so tomorrow will be a week still no SIM card ? Can I get another one sent out asap please

+26iD say to allow 3-5 workings days, from the date of dispatch, for your SIM card to arrive
The date of dispatch is normally the date of your iD order complete email message.
You can get a free replacement from any Currys store, or ask using the iD online live chat service.
