I ordered a sim only contract on 07/09/23 and the sim has not arrived.

Do you still require any assistance with this? SIM only orders are sent via Royal Mail to be received within 3-5 working days, we’d expect the SIM card to be with you by now, please let us know if you still need any assistance so we can help with a replacement SIM.
