sim card not received


hi have placed an order for a sim only card .i have not recived anything to say my card will posted or anything in my email.i have printed out the contract

placed the order on the 18th of may its now the 24th

If you’ve not had the SIM by now, we can either PM you here to send you a replacement SIM out or you can pick one up for free via Currys.

SIM’s are sent out using royal mail and can take a good 3-5 working days to be delivered.

You are not the only one.I ordered mine on 19th.Still waiting.

You pay for a product and wait for delivery for this long!

Can you advise if you would prefer to collect one from a Curry’s store or we can get one sent in the post.
