I was told by and agent my SIM card would be activated today however it hasn’t and I still can’t see my new number to even be able to activate it.
Are you new iD customer @Ameena Campbell?
If yes, then iD will have sent you a SIM card that has already been activated - the SIM is ready to use.
Assuming you’re a new customer, what happens when you put the new iD SIM in a handset?

Can someone please explain to me why my sim card is still not activated. Collected the new phone with a sim on Friday just gone at 16:00 hours
