My wife and I both have ID Mobile sim cards and wish to swop phones.
Is it possible to switch sim cards and retain our own mobile numbers ?

Your mobile number is linked with your iD SIM card, not the handset.

If you wish to swap devices that’s completely fine and up to you, however note the physical switching of devices between people wouldn’t change your billing, account etc.
As far as we’d be concerned, the phone you bought is the one you own, if you wish to trade/swap/buy/sell it, that’s absolutely your choice.
