Question

SIM "No Service" - in two handsets (which previously it did).

Hi

Relatively new iD-Mobile SIM (on contract) is now as of today not being recognised properly by two handsets, both of which are in iD-Mobile’s “supported” devices.

I have tried all of the troubleshooting methods and nothing can make the handsets find (let alone connect) to the iD network.

Request new physical SIM via post please.

You can get a replacement SIM from any Currys store, otherwise you have to ask for a replacement by using the online live chat.

The agents work until 6pm at weekends.

Good luck @idmobilesupport545.

Hey @randumusername545,

I’ve renamed your username as we don’t accept usernames with iD Mobile inside them.

It does sound like your issue is related to a faulty SIM.

The quickest way is to get a replacement SIM from Currys and activate this on your account.

We can also send a replacement out if needed.
