sim not activating after 24 hours

Hi, I activated my sim on the app but it's still saying no service on the phone despite trying all the things mentioned in the article - turning phone off, cleaning SIM etc. Thanks

Hi...I've upgraded my SIM only plan...received the card but didn't put it in my phone as my dashboard was showing the data increase.

I activated the new card as I was only seeing Emergency Calls Only notification.

I want to keep my old number so do I need to putvthe new card in my phone?

It sounds like the new SIM was activated upon dispatch.

Please insert the new SIM and check if you are able to use services.
