I ordered a sim for a new ID mobile contract and arranged to switch my number on 12th October which I thought was plenty of time. My sim hasn’t arrived. I got cut off on live chat and I am worried on Thursday I will have no phone I can use. How can I change my switch day. The information says I can’t change my switch day under 24 hours before

Maybe think about picking-up a replacement iD SIM card from your nearest Currys store
