7 days ago I ordered a SIM for 12 month contract with ID mobile . I still have not received it.. ID mobile sent it via DPD on 19/9. DPD sent a message on 20/9 saying delayed but should be resolved in 24 hours but I have heard nothing since and looking at tracking on their website it still says the same today. In the meantime, I have received an email from ID mobile saying I am already going to be charged which is clearly wrong.
It is impossible to get through to either DPD or ID mobile on the chat facility. I desperately need the same by this Tuesday 26th of September at the latest. If this is not possible, I wish to cancel the contract as I haven’t received the Sim in the first place.
