SIM not supported

Hi
Just had delivery of my sim and I am trying to set up my Iphone6 and I get the message that the SIM is not supported.

Can anyone help please

Hi @cosmicflight,

Your phone sounds as though it is locked to a different network. Where did you buy this from? If it was with another network you would need to contact them to have it unlocked.

My new SIM is inserted into my Iphone 6 and the screen says SIM not suppported, what do I do next?.

Hi I'm having the same problem with my ipad, however I have contacted the previous network and they have said the iPad isn't locked to their network

Thanks for getting back to us.

Please could you advise if you have tried to insert the SIM into a different handset as this will allow us to determine if the issue is with the SIM or the handset.

The handset would usually lock to the first SIM inserted in the handset, so you may need to contact that network if you first used a different SIM.

Let us know how you get on so we can advise you further.
