Sim Not Working

When I first moved to ID mobile from EE, everything worked fine, but as soon as my old number was ported across I keep getting ‘Invalid Sim’ message. If I take it out and wipe it then put it back in it seems to be ok but I can’t keep doing that all the time. 
Please advise, thanks.

Perhaps get a replacement iD SIM card, @Lisa Aspinall

Pop into any Currys store, or use the online iD Live Chat service, to obtain a replacement iD SIM card.

I’m sorry to hear that, what device are you using the SIM card in and getting this message?

 

Have you tried a replacement SIM card as suggested above by @andewhite?
