SIM not working on my device

Left O2 at the end of July. ID mobile sent me a SIM card and I've not been able to use my phone since as it states  "Invalid SIM card. Network locked SIM card inserted" on my device. It works in my husbands phone. So frustrating trying to speak to someone at ID Mobile and I just feel like returning back to O2. Feel like nobody is answering what's going on with this SIM card. Can anybody help?

Okay @Shinny, it sounds like your handset giving an error with the iD SIM card is network locked.

To get this handset unlocked, you’d need to contact the mobile network that first provided the handset. They should be able to assist with unlocking the handset.

Unfortunately, the iD community isn’t for real time live chat, and iD support staff read user posts in this forum once a day, sometimes less frequently..

You could go to Currys and pick-up a new iD SIM in-store @saldn87.

Hi @Shinny

As @andewhite suggests it sounds as if your device is locked to the previous network, they should be able to unlock it for you if you can get in touch with them directly.

Hi @saldn87

Please could you let us know more about your issue?

Has your iD Mobile SIM card worked in the past?

Has anything changed since it stopped working?

Are bills paid and up to date?
