hi … would like to stay with my idmobile sim only plan but change to a slightly cheaper plan ….. but it says i cannot do this .
my present plan finishes on the 9 th Jan ‘24

If you’ve got a 12-month minimum term SIM only plan, then you’ll need to wait until the minimum term has ended before you can change to another plan,

Once your current contracted period ends you’ll be able to “upgrade” to a cheaper SIM only plan.

My current sim only contract with Vodafone ending on 17th Jan 2025,when I’ll b able transfer to id mobile e sim ,I already have a sim deal from id,which is my family member using at the moment.

You’d be able to move over to iD Mobile at any time if you’ve already got a plan with us, note that only one user can use a plan at a time.
