sim only upgrade issue

Hello,

 

I’m trying to upgrade my tariff on my sim only plan. It gets through the 1p payment thing and i then click continue and it says ‘Some of your personal details seem to be invalid or missing. Please call 7777 to update your details’. What does this mean? What do i need to do?

I have been having the same issue as well. And it has charged me the 1p amounting to 7p because I tried a few times but the upgrade was not made. A little bit annoyed that they still took the money although the order wasn't successful.

I have double checked and my details are correct.

Oh yeah there is 3p in pending for me. It will probably just coming out of pending soon. No one to contact about the issue though
