SIM shipment notification?

Hi,

I ordered a SIM on Tuesday, got an order complete email same day, does that mean its shipped? Travelling abroad next week, would ideally like to transfer number over, but am reluctant if SIM might not arrive by Saturday. Last chance to do number transfer is today 5:30.

Do you track SIM shipments?

Okay @pbutterworth, iD send SIM only orders by Royal Mail (without tracking), and advise allowing 3-5 working days for delivery, from the date of dispatch.

The date of dispatch is usually same date as your order complete email. 

Although your number can be transferred to iD while you’re overseas, the number won’t register with the iD SIM card until you are connected to the iD Mobile UK network.
