I’ve switched to ID Mobile but keep my old number. Which SIM card do I use? The ID Mobile sim or my old provider SIM card?

    Does you old provider’s SIM card still work @Muringani?

    When you transfer your number from one provider to another, the old SIM card should stop working on the day the number transfer happens - if not, something might’ve gone wrong with the number transfer to iD Mobile.

    Hi @Muringani 

     

    I’d recommend using your old network’s SIM card until it switches off, once it does, switch over to the iD Mobile SIM card.

     

    This will happen between 8am and 10pm on the date the port takes place.
