SIm upgrade to Contract phone

Yes back again, quick question, if i upgrade from a sim only contract to a 24 month phone contract, will i keep my current number ?

Hi @JeffB 

When purchasing this you must select from the upgrade deals and not new contracts. If you select from the upgrade deals, you will be able to keep the same number.

When purchasing this you must select from the upgrade deals and not new contracts. If you select from the upgrade deals, you will be able to keep the same number.

Just to confirm @JeffB,

This is done by:

Logging into the app/account

Clicking My Account

Then Upgrade

From here you can select the handset & plan

@Mohammed  New sim arrived yesterday , can i use my old sim ? Or do i have to put the new sim in ? My account has already changed to the 24 month contract, so i am unsure if i need to use the new sim or keep using the old one?

Hi @JeffB,

You can continue to use your old SIM card however if your online account asks you to activate the new SIM card, we would advise doing that and to then use the new SIM card going forward.
