Why are there no SMS from Poland sent from the bank? They were sent several times and not a single one came. I can't activate online banking.

Yes they have the correct +44 code.

The GSM standard for SMS does not guarantee an SMS will be delivered - usually they are, but there’s no guarantee they will be.

Any SMS messages will need to be correctly routed over the various mobile networks involved - perhaps iD have network routing issues in this case, whereas O2 do not.
Perhaps iD Mobile don’t have the technical support resources to deal with SMS routing effectively.
