Some people getting notice “line is busy” when they try to call me. But line isn't busy. It started around 4 days ago. I checked everything, they are not blocked. How to fix that?

Is it the same for some numbers or does it work for them sometimes?
It may be worth resetting your network settings to see if that improves things.
