During various points of calls I am being cut off with a message of “Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number”
Does anyone know why this is and what I can do to prevent it happening.
my latest call it was doing it every 3 minutes which is extremely annoying

Hello unfortunately it's an ongoing issue and IDMobile are aware of this problem and are working to solve this.
I'm in the same bout as you and many other's, it's sadly a waiting game for now.
